Tasks

  • We’re looking for a strategic, creative and data-driven content marketer to lead our content marketing efforts at Leapsome. We see content as critical to Leapsome’s next phase of growth and we’re looking for the right person to join our lean marketing team and drive this forward.
  • You’ll work with the Head of Marketing and Leapsome’s founders to define our overarching content strategy across all stages of the buyer’s journey with a heavy focus on building awareness at the top of the funnel.
  • You’ll contribute to Leapsome’s awareness as a credible source and thought leader on HR and management topics.
  • You will build on our tone of voice and brand guidelines to produce consistently excellent content that reinforces our brand.
  • You’ll research, design, create and promote various types of content end to end as well as. remixing and repurposing content to squeeze as much value from the content we create as possible.
  • You’ll work closely with other team members to execute on the content marketing plan. This might mean mentoring people internally and editing their work to help them produce high-quality content, or utilising external freelancers for content production.

Requirements

  • You understand how content marketing fuels business growth in a B2B context through brand awareness and lead generation. You have previous experience of building content marketing programs in a B2B (or SaaS) company (3+ years) and have a strong understanding of how content, social media, landing pages, email marketing, SEO and PR all piece together.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of SEO and have experience of growing organic traffic through content marketing.
  • You have exceptional copywriting and editing skills with the ability to captivate an audience, tell stories, and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • You have strong experience with content marketing research and analytics tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs (we use SEMRush), Google Analytics, and CMS Systems (we use Webflow).
  • You have strong project management experience to maintain our editorial calendar and publishing schedule.
  • You are great at building processes, systems and best-practices to increase efficiency for yourself and those you work with. Maybe you know how to automate repetitive tasks for your role with Zapier.
